Return/exchange policy

Exchanges can be made if shipping costs are covered for exchange of items. Refunds are available if contact is made within 10 days of order and if order has arrived faulty and we will organise replacement. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

Mya mou is happy to exchange or refund your item (minus postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use at Mya Mou.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned within 10 days of purchase. Mya mou reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges:Items must be returned with a Reply Paid satchel and once receiving returned items your new items will then be shipped to you.

Returns:Store credit will be issued upon return of goods.
